Our staff offers “Personalized Services” that are consistent with your faith and family tradition. Services offered include transportation, preparation, and care of your beloved family member. We care for your loved one in accordance with Morals, Integrity, and an Ethical obligation as required personally and by law. (225 ILCS 41)
TRADITIONAL FUNERAL WITH BURIAL
In-person/On-line consultation planning meeting with immediate family
Compilation and filing of vital records data
Assistance with contacting Insurance Company or job-related Human Resource/Benefits department (if necessary)
Choice of selecting funeral service merchandise-Caskets, Clothing, Burial Vaults, etc.
Assistance with coordinating venue: Place of Worship, Banquet Facilities, Restaurants, Community Centers, etc.
Family Support services in writing of: Obituary, Program of Service, Resolutions, Newspaper Articles, etc.
Arrangement of Final Disposition with Crematory
Private Family Viewing prior to public visitation or funeral services

Compilation and filing of vital records data and Cremation Permit
Assistance with contacting Insurance Company or job-related Human Resource/Benefits department (if necessary)
Choice of Cremation merchandise- (Urns, Jewelry, Photo Enlargements, Memorial Tributes)
Assistance with coordinating venue: Place of Worship, Banquet Facilities, Restaurants, Community Centers, etc.
Family Support services in writing of: Obituary, Program of Service, Resolutions, Newspaper Articles, etc.
Arrangement of Final Disposition with Crematory/Cemetery for Cremated Remains
Private Family Viewing prior to public visitation or funeral services
MEMORIAL SERVICE
Services without the actual casketed remains of your beloved family member. Display of deceased with Urn, Photo Enlargements, and Flowers.

Compilation and filing of vital records data
Assistance with contacting Insurance Company or job-related Human Resource/Benefits department (if necessary)
Family Support services in writing of: Obituary, Program of Service, Resolutions, Newspaper Articles, etc.
DIRECT (BURIAL)/GRAVESIDE SERVICES
Burial Service WITHOUT traditional funeral service. Final rites and Committal services are provided at the cemetery (graveside).
In-person/On-line consultation planning meeting with immediate family member(s)
Compilation and filing of vital records data
Assistance with contacting Insurance Company or job-related Human Resource/Benefits department (if necessary)
Choice of selecting funeral service merchandise-Casket/Burial Vault.
Final Disposition- Interment (Burial) logistics will be coordinated with choice of cemetery selected by the family.

Whether you choose a religious or non-religious service; we will coordinate a place of worship based on your denomination or personal choice. As a resource, we provide recommendations of independent venues locally to host a memorial service, celebration of life, repast or family luncheon.
PET CREMATION/MEMORIAL SERVICES
We are here for your pet service needs. We know that your pet has a significant cherished role in your family. Many may experience grief and/or anxiety after the death of their beloved cat or dog. Allow us to provide Aftercare services for your pet family member. We will guide you through the experience with care, compassion, and understanding.
